KM People Solutions is an independent consultancy specialising in delivering tailored solutions for Recruitment and Selection, Assessment and Development, Career Transition/Outplacement and project based HR.

Based in Moray in the North East of Scotland, KMPS was established by Karen Morrison, a Business Studies graduate from The University of Edinburgh, who brings over 20 years commercial recruitment and HR experience to the company.

Most recently Karen has been working with the Johnson & Johnson Group, leading the Recruitment function at LifeScan Scotland based in Inverness. During the 7 years with J & J, Karen successfully delivered a wide range of Recruitment and Selection initiatives, enabling the company to meet their demanding growth targets. Successes included high-volume recruitment campaigns for Manufacturing Staff; targeted selection for Engineering talent; and individual resourcing projects to attract and relocate a diverse range of professionals from the UK and overseas.

Prior to her work with J & J, Karen worked as a Recruitment Consultant in Central Scotland and in Australia. Previous experience included working with two new business start ups, providing hands on solutions to the issues that new business ventures encounter.

Fully trained and qualified to British Psychological Society’s Level A and B standards, Karen is a recognised member of the Saville and Holdsworth (SHL) Business Partner network, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Karen’s qualification as a Six Sigma Green Belt adds a process improvement dimension to all the solutions KMPS deliver.
